STEP 1: MIX DRY INGREDIENTS
Combine all of the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking soda, salt, cinnamon) together in a big bowl
STEP 2: MIX WET INGREDIENTS
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add bananas, oil, and vanilla and mask together. Make sure all of the clumps are gone. Add the agave or honey
STEP 3: MIX WET AND DRY INGREDIENTS
Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture while stirring. Add the optional nuts into the mixture if wanted
STEP 4: POUR INTO PAN
Pour the mixture into 8x4x2 inch greased bread pans (this mixture will fill about 2). You can also use an 8x8x2 pan, but it might take a bit longer to cook
STEP 5: COOK
Cook in a 350°F oven for 55-65 minutes. After 55 minutes, check the middle of the mixture with a toothpick. If there is nothing on the toothpick after inserting it, the bread has fully cooked. If not, keep cooking and checking in 2-minute increments until the toothpick comes out clean
STEP 6: COOL
Take the bread out of the oven using mitts, and place it somewhere that can take a lot of heat. The top of the cooktop on the stove works best for this. Cool for at least 10 minutes, then enjoy!
